Lehigh County

Lehigh County is comprised of 347 square miles and is located in southeastern Pennsylvania in the area known as the Lehigh Valley. Lehigh County positioned in the corridor beween Philadelphia and New York City. Lehigh County has 36 Fire Departments which 2 are Full Time Paid Departments, Lehigh Valley Airport Fire Department and The City of Allentown. Northamton County

 Welcome to Northampton County!  Founded in 1752, we are located 60 miles north of Philadelphia and 80 miles west of New York City.  This area in the Lehigh Valley has been thriving and growing for over 250 years, and is now home to a diverse population of over 280,000 citizens. Northampton County has 49 Fire Departments which 3 are Full Time Paid Department's. The biggest is The City of Bethlehem it consists of five stations that house 7 engines, 2 aerials, and 3 crew cabs, Haz-Mat truck and trailer, 2 boats, and a bomb disposal truck and trailer which serves a population of over 70,000 citizens. The  2 other Paid Departments are The City of Easton and Wilson Boro which mainly assist EMS on Medical Calls.
